Complete refurbishment of a single-family house from the 70´s, that suffered from continuously random interventions throughout its existence, resulting in a very disqualified construction.
Overall reorganization of the interior space, removal of all the previous interventions that hampered the quality, update and improvement of the functional, energetic and acoustical performance of the house.
The interior exterior connection was also improved, by increasing the number and size of the windows, particularly at the ground floor.
