Apartment XII in Lisbon

Modernization and general rehabilitation of a comfortable apartment housed in a prestigious building from the 60s, with excellent views over the Tagus and the riverside of the city.

The apartment was in its original condition, so updating of the infrastructures, the kitchen and the bathrooms was key in the intervention.

Preserving the previous efficient spatial organization, the proposal includes small adjustments and optimizations, adapting the flat to the needs of contemporary living, seeking to enhance the aesthetic effect of recessed lighting and some furniture that enhances the organization of the space.
