Complete refurbishment of a small apartment, located in a 40’s bourgeois building, typical from the “Português Suave” period. It is located on a wealthy neighbourhood in the central area of the city,
The apartment, that was initially used as the concierge’s house, had the particularity of having a technical room for the building’s heating system, including a massive boiler, which was disabled a few years ago, and dismantled.
This space, with a generous height, allow for the installation of a mezzanine, maximizing the usage of the apartment’s space and making it more interesting and unique.
This customized feature assumed a distinctive character, becoming the focal point of the entire house.
