Complete refurbishment of an apartment located in a working-class neighborhood in Graça, with optimization of the interior partitioning.

Overall modernization of the space, including the improvement of the energetic and acoustic performance, within a delicate and minimalistic intervention.

The black painted reclaimed wood floor unifies the mood of the space, adding to its character and uniqueness.

The traditional handmade cement mosaics are used in a less conventional way, shaping a pattern that was inspired in the Scandinavian mid-century aesthetic and that covers the floors and some walls of the kitchen and bathroom.
