Apartament IX in Lisbon

Complete refurbishment of a late 60´s apartment in Lisbon, in the same building where we already renovated an apartment a few years ago.

The generously sized apartment was in its original state.

The intervention included the generalized modernization of infrastructures, carpentry and metalwork, essentially maintaining the property's organizational structure, apart from the occasional optimization of its interior compartmentation.

Kitchen and bathrooms were the target of special care.

In the circulation areas, the ceiling was lowered to facilitate the passage of infrastructure and to resolve the visual impact of the numerous beams of the construction, taking advantage of this to incorporate recessed lighting.
